By reading this site you accept what follows. It is short because the site is simple: pages of information, and links to one partner.

What this site is not

• Not a casino and not an operator. You cannot deposit, play or withdraw here, and we never hold anyone’s money.
• Not a regulator. We do not register, licence or supervise anyone. In Ontario that is the AGCO, with iGaming Ontario conducting and managing the market.
• Not legal, financial or tax advice. If the answer matters to your situation, ask someone qualified to give it.
• Not an invitation to gamble. Nothing here is a recommendation that you should deposit, and no page tells you what to stake.

Accuracy and the limits of it

Pages are checked on the dates they carry and written to be right on those dates. Operator settings, offer terms, payment routes and provincial rules change without telling us. Where a detail belongs to an operator, we send you to the cashier instead of restating it, and you should read it there before you rely on it. We are not liable for a decision you take on the basis of a page that has gone stale, and we correct errors as soon as they are pointed out.

Age and location

Online gambling in Ontario is for people aged 19 and over, and the regulated market requires you to be physically in Ontario to play. In Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec the minimum age is 18. If you are below the age where you are, leave this site. We do not help anyone work around an age check, a location check or a self-exclusion, and we will not answer requests to do so.
