Cookies

This site sets no cookies. That is not a careful phrasing of something else: there is no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie, no consent cookie and no session cookie, which is also why you are not being asked to click through a banner before you can read.

The one thing we store

The partner card and the popup share a frequency controller so that you see at most one of them, once. To remember that, the page writes a single short value into session storage under the name oc_promo:v1. Session storage is not a cookie: it is never sent to our server, it is not readable by any other site, and the browser throws it away when you close the tab.

If your browser blocks storage entirely, nothing breaks. The controller simply treats every page view as the first one.

What other parties may set

• An operator you reach through a partner button sets whatever it uses, on its own domain, under its own policy. Our redirect itself sets nothing.
• A game demo embedded after you click it can set storage inside its own frame. Not clicking means nothing is loaded.

How to clear it

Close the tab, or clear site data for this domain in your browser settings. There is nothing else of ours to remove.
